See this 9 years old girl? Well, almost 10.
After about 3 years training from white belt...
another 3 months preparing for the black belt test...
and finally, 6 1/2 hours of intense testing today...
SHE IS NOW A 1st DEGREE TAEKWONDO BLACK BELT!!!
I'm so very proud of her, more than she probably even realizes. What I've seen her do today, to earn her belt, was nothing short of amazing.
I'll go into details in another post later, but I just had to mention something today.
I want to remember, for always, the poise, strength, determination, focus, and perseverance that she exuded today.
And I so very hope, that she will always carry those qualities in every situation that she encounters in her life.
She was beautifully amazing today. And I hope she always will be.
